Excellent service…same day response for water heater problem. Natalie was polite and professional on the phone, quickly relayed our issue to the team and called me back I 2 mins. Billy was pleasant natured, open communicator, explained the pros and cons when offering options, went above and beyond to get the job done so we had hot water from our brand new system same day (kudos to Markus too). Less than 6 hours from initial phone call to fully restored!! Very happy with this company, will be calling them next time for sure.

Had our solar-gas hot water system fail recently. Called BP&G in the morning and a plumber was there by lunchtime. Billy is a legend. They connected my new outdoor kitchen which included a built in 4 burner and a gozney pizza oven with the gas bottles out of the way on the other side of the house. The end result looks amazing. Highly recommended !
