You’ll get a tracking link, when your plumber is about 20 minutes away, just like Uber. They will assess the issue & present solutions, prices & payment plans.
Before we commence work, you’ll get a fixed quote to review and sign – no hidden fees or surprises.
Once your problem is FIXED, we will email your invoice, relevant reports & certificates. We require payment before departure from your property (unless otherwise agreed).
