Called up this morning with an urgent issue with our hot water system and the awesome service started at the phone call. Elizabeth who initially took my call was really helpful and went out of her way to squeeze me in even though they had a busy day. Soon afterwards, Billy and Marcus arrived as promised, explained everything clearly and completed the work to a great standard - Billy clearly has experience and knows his stuff not to mention they are genuinely nice blokes. I've had so many poor experiences with trades and services in the past that its refreshing when things actually go right and you deal with people who still have great customer service and quality workmanship. Highly recommend these guys and Ill be sure to recommend them to friends and family.

Brilliant. My hot water system was actually still working but I found out very quickly it did not meet Queensland standards, and overall was a time bomb (rusty and calcified water coming out the top ). Billy managed to get a new unit and electrician on site , fully installed within about 3.5 hours on a same day call out. Super impressive! The old unit photo !

14 yr old Hot water system went overnight - called Brisbane Plumbing and Gas first thing this morning and Billy here at 0830 - the looked at the system and advised me of the problem and recommended replacement. Billy explained all costs to me up front - promptly removed old system and installed new updated version. Guys cleaned any mess they made and kept me updated as work progressing - 3 hrs later all done. I called for help with my hot water, basically I had none. I knew I was in the market for a whole new hot water system, and I had been quoted an eye watering $9500 by another company (coughMetropolitancough) Billy and Stefan arrived to assess the situation and give me a very reasonable quote for what I needed ($3600). I called 5-6 other plumbing businesses on a Wednesday afternoon and nobody even answered their phones.. lucky for me, i found BPG, gave them a call needing help with a leaking hot water system. I don't even know where to start with my review. Working with Stefan has been nothing short of a blessing. Stefan visited our 50 year old unit about 5 times to complete various plumbing works. Not only was he professional, detailed and extremely competent in completing the works, he was also generous with his time; giving us advice on our future renovations and answering our one million questions. Not once have we felt pushed into anything, rushed, or blindsided with cost.Most importantly, he is a genuine, easy going guy who cares about his clients. Having worked with numerous tradesmen since buying our first property, we realise what a rarity this is. There are many snakes in this industry and we appreciate his authenticity and transparency.Furthermore when our power fuse was cut and needed an emergency electrician, he promptly recommended someone that was just as genuine and skilled to complete the works immediately.We highly recommend Brisbane Plumbing and Gas to anybody considering plumbing works. I highly recommend Billy, Marcus and Stefan. My gas oven wasn't working and Billy diagnosed the problem. The part needed to be ordered and Natalie kept me up to date on when the part would arrive. While fixing the oven, Billy explained in detail everything they were doing. They discovered other issues with the oven which were also fixed and my oven works better than ever. They were all very friendly and professional and cleaned up before they left. Also very affordable. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing or gas issues.
