From the first phone call the service from BP&G was fast, efficient and completed to a high standard. The tradesmen kept me informed at each stage and were very willing to explain any options. I am very happy with the installation of a gas water system and will use BP&G for future plumbing jobs.

I've used this outfit for the past few years. They installed a hot water system and a toilet for me, and most recently a kitchen tap. All the jobs have been top work at reasonable prices by skilled and affable tradies. I'm particualrly impressed by their communication and response efforts. I'll certainly be approaching them first future issues.
I highly recommend Billy, Marcus and Stefan. My gas oven wasn't working and Billy diagnosed the problem. The part needed to be ordered and Natalie kept me up to date on when the part would arrive. While fixing the oven, Billy explained in detail everything they were doing. They discovered other issues with the oven which were also fixed and my oven works better than ever. They were all very friendly and professional and cleaned up before they left. Also very affordable. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing or gas issues.
Absolutely outstanding service from the constant communication to the quality of the work . My thanks to Billy Stefan and Marcus for their excellent work earlier this year removing a roof Solar Water System and installing an Electric Hot water System. I then had extensive Storm Water Remedial Work carried out which had to be excavated by hand involving a new storm water pit set in place with concrete and steel pins, a sump pump, trenches and channel drains etc which have helped considerably in alleviating the ground water issues previously experienced after heavy rain. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend these guys enough! Billy was fantastic and did what others couldn’t. Swapped out our integrated dishwasher, replaced with a new one and fit it seamlessly. He was thorough, left the place clean and tidy and made sure we were exceptionally happy before leaving. 10/10 service!
