When our Chandler based client reached out after discovering their InSinkErator mixer tap was leaking & had been discontinued, our team stepped in to provide a smooth, reliable replacement solution. Mixer taps connected to InSinkErator systems often require specific models, and when older versions become unavailable, finding the right substitute—and installing it correctly—requires experienced hands.
All work was completed by a licensed Brisbane Plumbing and Gas technician, in full compliance with QBCC and Australian Standards. Due to restricted access under the sink, additional time was factored in to safely complete the installation without damaging cabinetry or fixtures.
We also carried out a mains cold-water pressure test to ensure it did not exceed 500 kPa. If a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is missing or faulty, this can impact the lifespan of plumbing fixtures, so we confirm this onsite and quote separately if a new PRV is required.

Our team recently completed a clean and efficient upgrade for this Morningside homeowner by supplying and installing a Capricorn Toilet Suite. The job involved removing the outdated toilet and preparing the space for a modern, reliable, and water-efficient replacement.
To ensure a high-quality installation, we carried out the following steps:
Disconnected and removed the existing toilet suite, mini stop valve, and inlet pipe/flexible hose
Prepared the area for installation, including removing the old pan collar
Supplied and installed the new Capricorn S-Trap Link Toilet Suite, new mini stop valve, flexible hose, and pan collar/waste connector
Tested and commissioned the new toilet to ensure correct operation
Completed a mains cold-water pressure test (confirming pressure below 500 kPa)
Removed all rubbish and arranged free disposal of the old toilet suite on our next trailer run
