Gutter, Downpipe & Roof Drainage Works – Woodridge

It was a real pleasure being able to help this VIP customer with her Gutter, Downpipe & Roof Drainage works recenlty completed at her Woodridge property.

We safely accessed the single-storey roof, removed and disposed of all existing foam gutter leaf-guard media, and disconnected the downpipes. We visually inspect all gutters and downpipe entry points, then used a high-pressure jetting machine to thoroughly flush gutters and clear debris through the disconnected downpipes. 

We modifed and extended the two metal downpipes from the front deck under the house, installed leaf-management units at accessible heights (including a third unit on the right-hand side), and combined all three downpipes into the existing main line. A new inspection point was added before the drainage line enters the ground for future maintenance access.

Lastly, we will repaired and realigned the damaged downpipe at the back right-hand corner and secured it with appropriate fittings.
